Foundation for Jewish Camp

This site devoted to promoting summer camps for Jewish youngsters has sections for professionals and parents. For the latter there are databases of camps and scholarships. Of particular note is the Campopedia section with research on the value of Jewish camps.

HaBonim Dror

"Habonim Dror is a Labor Zionist youth movement with summer camps and local chapters throughout the United States and Canada." Its home page describes its Israel programs and provides a searchable directory of its summer camps and local chapters.

Hashomer Hatzair

Part of the International Progressive Zionist Movement, Hashomer Hatzair's web page describes the group's events and programs in Israel.

JLGB: Jewish Lads and Girls Brigade 

The oldest Jewish youth group in the UK, this organization has 50 groups throughout the country providing services for youngsters from 8 to 17. Its website describes the programs, tours, encampments, and activities of the uniformed divisions and offers access to local chapters, sports news, and a calendar of events.

Jewish Youth Network of Canada 

Information about this group on Ontario “unaffiliated with any synagogue or particular community. We are dedicated to the spiritual and social wellness of today’s Jewish Youth.”

National Jewish Committee on Girl Scouting 

The National Jewish Girl Scout Committee is a non-profit organization which works in cooperation with Girl Scouts of the USA to promote the Jewish Girl Scout award and to encourage cultural exchanges with the Israel Boy and Girl Scouts Federation. Their home page describes the award and lists the group's publications.

USY: United Synagogue Youth 

The home page of this Conservative youth organization has sections for parents, teens and youth advisors as well as information about its activities and summer programs. It provides access to its member groups. It also has a section for alumni.

Young Judaea

“Young Judaea is America’s oldest Zionist youth movement, turning spirited Jewish youth of diverse backgrounds and orientations into engaged leaders and inspired activists with a life-long commitment to Israel, Jewish life and tikkun olam (repairing the world).” Its website describes the group's year round and summer camp programs as well as its programs in Israel.
