Aleppo Codex Hits:289
Description:A project of the Center for Online Judaic Studies, this site provides a collection of articles and images related to the Aleppo Codex, the earliest known Hebrew manuscript comprising the full text of the Bible. Written in the tenth century, it is considered the most authoritative and accurate text, both for the biblical text and for its vocalization and cantillation. Housed in The Shrine of the Book in Jerusalem, it is available here online.
