AIPAC: American Israel Public Affairs Committee Hits:526
Description:"The American Israel Public Affairs Committee, Americas Pro-Israel lobby, is the only American organization whose sole mission is to lobby Congress about legislation that strengthens the relationship between the United States and Israel." Its searchable site provides a large number of primary source documents on the US-Israel relationship, the peace process, Iran and other threats, and the status of Jerusalem. There is a section devoted to programs for students as well as a listing of events. You can read the full text of the current issue of Near East Report online along with selected articles from back issues.

American Jewish Congress Hits:438
Description:This groups goal is to "protect fundamental constitutional freedoms and American democratic institutions, particularly the civil and religious rights and liberties of all Americans and the separation of church and state." Its home page describes the history of the organization, and offers access to its press releases, regional offices, and policy stands on womens issues, health and bio-ethics, legal issues, and Israel and the Middle East.

Description:Based in Texas, this center "attempts to aid Israel in her quest to survive in a hostile world, commissions extensive research into the military and strategic issues related to the Arab-Israeli conflict and disseminates pertinent information to the Jewish community and worldwide." National Jewish Democratic Council Hits:857
Description:Founded in 1990, the National Jewish Democratic Council is the national voice of Jewish Democrats and seeks to educate Jewish voters about party differences, inform candidates for public office about the need to address and support issues of concern to the Jewish community, and advocate on behalf of Jewish and Democratic ideals.
