Library Pages from Avi Chai Bookshelf Libraries

Ever wanted to create a page for your school's library but didn't know what to include?

Take a look at these school library pages for some ideas.

Those with an asterisk (*) next to them also provide online access to their catalogs. Some of the schools listed that do not have an asterisk do provide online access to their catalogs, but only on a password-protected basis.

Having a library page on the school's website with a link to it from the home page is an excellent way of promoting the importance of the school library in the instructional program.

In addition, libraries that are members of the Association of Jewish Libraries also have links to their catalogs. The AJL site  indicates what kind of classification system the library uses, a helpful tool for those looking for cataloging information using a particular classification system such as Library of Congress, Dewey, Elazar, or Weine.
